1. the service

LeaseLine is an apartment discovery service for New York City. we send you rental listings that match your preferences via text message. we are not a brokerage, real estate agent, or property manager. we do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or legality of any listing.

2. eligibility

you must be at least 18 years old to use LeaseLine. by using our service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. your account

you're responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. don't share your account with others or use LeaseLine for anything illegal.

4. subscriptions & payments

LeaseLine offers both free and paid plans. paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis. you can cancel anytime — your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. listing accuracy

listings are sourced from third-party platforms and may contain errors or become outdated. we do our best to keep information current, but we make no warranties about any listing's accuracy, price, or availability. always verify details directly with the landlord or listing agent.

6. limitation of liability

LeaseLine is provided "as is." we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to missed listings, inaccurate information, or issues with any apartment you find through us.

7. changes to these terms

we may update these terms from time to time. if we make significant changes, we'll let you know through the service. continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
