1. the service

LeaseLine is an apartment discovery service for New York City owned and operated by Berry Street Research Group LLC. we send you rental listings that match your preferences via text message. we are not a brokerage, real estate agent, or property manager. we do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or legality of any listing.

2. text messaging program

by opting into the LeaseLine text alert service — either (a) by initiating a text message conversation with LeaseLine at our published number, or (b) by entering your phone number, manually checking the SMS consent box on our website, and submitting the SMS opt-in form — you agree to receive recurring automated text alerts from LeaseLine. messages may include NYC apartment listings, service updates, client search alerts, tour requests, and related service notifications.

• opt-in consent: consent is gathered only when you text us first or explicitly opt in on our website. where a consent checkbox is used, it is unchecked by default. consent to receive automated texts is optional and is not a condition or requirement of any purchase or service.
• opt-out / cancellation: you can unsubscribe from the SMS alert program at any time. simply reply STOPto any text message you receive from us. after you send "STOP", we will send you a final text confirmation of your unsubscribe status. no further messages will be sent.
• help / support: if you need assistance, reply HELP to any message, or email us at help@leaseline.ai.
• rates & frequency: message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us or from you to us. message frequency varies based on your search configuration and listing availability.
• carrier disclaimer:mobile carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. eligibility

you must be at least 18 years old to use LeaseLine. by using our service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. your account

you're responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. don't share your account with others or use LeaseLine for anything illegal.

5. subscriptions & payments

LeaseLine offers paid subscription plans. subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis. you can cancel anytime; your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. listing accuracy

listings are sourced from third-party platforms and may contain errors or become outdated. we do our best to keep information current, but we make no warranties about any listing's accuracy, price, or availability. always verify details directly with the landlord or listing agent.

7. limitation of liability

LeaseLine is provided "as is." we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to missed listings, inaccurate information, or issues with any apartment you find through us.

8. changes to these terms

we may update these terms from time to time. if we make significant changes, we'll let you know through the service. continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
