📌 Operational Model: NYC Apartment Search Alerts
LeaseLine is a service that alerts NYC home-hunters of real-time rental listings matching their preferences. Subscribers enter their phone number on our website and explicitly opt-in to receive these alerts via SMS text message. Outbound messages contain only relevant property listings, pricing, and direct links. No marketing, ads, or third-party lead sharing is conducted.
