sms compliance & opt-in verification
Last Updated: June 10, 2026
This page provides public verification of the opt-in mechanisms, Terms of Service, and messaging flows used by LeaseLine. It is designed to assist carrier auditors and messaging campaign reviewers verifying our approved A2P 10DLC campaign (Telnyx, (929) 508-0955).
Operational Model: NYC Apartment Search Alerts
LeaseLine is a service that alerts NYC home-hunters of real-time rental listings matching their preferences. Subscribers opt in by texting LeaseLine first at (929) 508-0955 from their own device; every conversation is consumer-initiated. Outbound messages contain only relevant property listings, pricing, and direct links. No marketing, ads, or third-party lead sharing is conducted.
call-to-action / message flow for carrier review
Consumer opt-in is consumer-initiated (mobile-originated): the subscriber always sends the first message to LeaseLine from their own device. LeaseLine never sends the first message to a consumer number.
- Consumer users visit https://leaseline.ai/#waitlist-signup and tap the "Text us to start" button, which opens their native messaging app with a pre-filled draft ("Find me an apartment!") addressed to (929) 508-0955. Desktop visitors are shown the number and message to text manually. The opt-in disclosure below is displayed directly beneath the call-to-action.
- The user reviews, optionally edits, and sends the message themselves. Sending any first message to (929) 508-0955 constitutes opt-in.
- LeaseLine's first reply identifies the brand and includes message frequency, "message and data rates may apply", and STOP/HELP instructions (see the carrier SMS flow below).
- Enterprise (B2B) users visit https://leaseline.ai/enterprise#enterprise-signup, enter contact, company, and work email details, then may manually check the SMS consent checkbox and click "Get Text Alerts". The checkbox is unchecked by default and consent is optional. For every web-form SMS opt-in, LeaseLine stores the phone number, timestamp, IP address, user agent, opt-in URL, and exact consent disclosure shown to the user.
1. exact website consent language
Consumers opt in by texting LeaseLine first. The following disclosure is displayed directly beneath the "Text us to start" call-to-action on every page where it appears. Enterprise users submit SMS consent using the live website form linked above; the checkbox is unchecked by default and appears beside the disclosure shown in the mock form.
Or text "Find me an apartment!" to (929) 508-0955 from your phone.
2. carrier sms flow
This shows a typical messaging flow: the consumer initiates by texting first, LeaseLine replies with the brand and compliance disclosures, and opt-out keywords are honored.
