Yes. LeaseLine renters pay nothing to set up, maintain, update, or delete ReadyPacket basics.
Who can use it right now?
Every existing LeaseLine renter can start ReadyPacket basics under the same access and landlord-email rules.
Do I need to upload documents before LeaseLine can email a landlord?
No. ReadyPacket basics does not require photo ID, income, rental-history, or any other document. You can choose an optional document checklist after basics.
Who can see my documents?
Your optional documents are stored privately for ReadyPacket processing and authorized LeaseLine review. They are never shared automatically. If an authorized collaborator requests a relevant category for a LeaseLine application, you can choose individual current documents to share with that listing workspace and nothing else in your packet.
Does ReadyPacket guarantee approval?
No. “Ready to email” only means the minimum renter-provided basics are complete and the application inbox is verified. It is not screening, qualification, endorsement, or an approval guarantee.
