89 rent-stabilized apartments

The city’s June 2026 property tax bill lists 89 of the building’s 92 apartments as registered rent-stabilized. It doesn’t say which ones, so ask the lister whether this one is. If it is, its lease must include the state’s rent stabilization rider, and once you live there you can ask the state for its rent history.
